Deskbird continuously strives to improve the robustness, reliability and security of our application. While the majority of changes and improvements are completely invisible to our customers, there are occasions where that is not possible and a short period of planned downtime is required. Deskbird makes every effort to schedule downtime of this nature in a way that minimizes the impact to our customers.

This message is to inform you that deskbird will be performing planned maintenance work and upgrades from 10-11:30am on Sunday March 3rd, 2024. During this time the deskbird application will be unavailable. No customer action is required, and at the conclusion of the maintenance window customers will able access the application normally.
